Free Second Class: This means that your goods will be processed as normal and shipped by a courier 2nd class. Ordered goods will usually arrive within 4 working days for most of the UK mainland.

  • UK customers should take delivery of items we have in stock within 1-4 working days.

Express:

  • Orders placed with our express shipping option are expected to be delivered within 1 to 3 business days, subject to the shipping address and product availability.

Delivery Tracking: For orders over £40 in value, customers will receive a tracking number for their express shipment and will be able to track the status of their delivery online. Order under £40 they will receive proof of postage.

Shipping Charges: Express shipping charges may vary based on the weight and destination of the package. The cost of express shipping will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before the order is placed.

Order Processing: Orders placed with express shipping will receive priority processing and will be shipped out as soon as possible, subject to product availability and payment verification.

Next Day

  • Orders placed with our next day shipping option before 16:00 are expected to be delivered within 1 to 2 business days, subject to the shipping address and product availability.

Shipping Charges: Next day shipping charges may vary based on the weight and destination of the package. The cost of next day shipping will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before the order is placed.

Order Processing: Orders placed with next day shipping will receive priority processing and will be shipped out as soon as possible, subject to product availability and payment verification.

Delivery Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number for their next day shipment and will be able to track the status of their delivery online.

Special Delivery

At Fire and Rescue Tools Ltd, we offer a special delivery option for customers who require their orders delivered before 3pm on a specific business day.

Delivery Time: Orders placed with our special delivery option Next Working Day before 3pm are expected to be delivered on the specified delivery date, subject to the shipping address and product availability.

Shipping Charges: Special delivery charges (before 3pm) may vary based on the weight and destination of the package. The cost of special delivery (before 3pm) will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before the order is placed.

Order Processing: Orders placed with special delivery (before 3pm) will receive priority processing and will be shipped out as soon as possible, subject to product availability and payment verification.

Delivery Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number for their special delivery (before 3pm) shipment and will be able to track the status of their delivery online.

  • Bank holidays will add an extra working day to the estimated delivery lead times.

  • In stock items ordered before 2pm will be shipped the same day. Due to reasons beyond our control, if the order is not shipped, we will inform you.

  • Please note: If you wish for your item to be shipped by a different courier, please contact us via email before completing your order

  • Once an order has been processed, the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect mail once an order has been processed. 
    For these reasons, please supply us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card. You can then phone them to arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.

  • Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses

  • Please Note:  The courier we use may change depending on the items being sent and the total amount being sent.

Guaranteed Delivery: Fire and Rescue Tools Ltd cannot guarantee delivery times, as shipping times may be impacted by factors outside our control such as weather, shipping carrier delays, or customs processing.

Age Verified Delivery: Certain products containing bladed articles are dispatched using Royal Mail's age verified delivery service. Recipients will be required to provide proof of age upon delivery. These items cannot be left unattended or delivered to a third party
